The Impressario (2010)

Filmed live and in public as part of the event "Beaubourg, the last Major!" (Centre Pompidou, Paris, November 2010), the film features an impresario who has never been interviewed and a journalist who has never interviewed. She works in the economics department of a major, right-wing daily; he “manages” filmmakers, actors and musicians. They do not know each other. He’s snappy, she’s shy. A unique place: a makeup dressing room. The impresario's clients go there before their show to get a makeover, and after to undo it. It’s the story of three knocks before the Parisian nighttime begin, when Beaubourg closes: a glance for her, a glance for him, a crush for both. ​
